1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Shkor Labs LLC doing business as Avatar ("we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company (WY file no. 2026-002003106), 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA.

2. What we collect

• From the request form: your name, a contact (phone, Telegram or e-mail) and the text about your task, if you wrote one.
• Technical request data: IP address and the page the request was sent from (including utm tags) — to fight spam and to know where the request came from.
• If you message us on Telegram, Instagram or by e-mail — whatever you sent us yourself.

3. Why

Only to get back to you about your request, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Where and how long we keep it

Requests arrive in our mailbox and are stored in a request log on our server. We keep the data while we discuss or do work with you, and no longer than one year after the last contact; then we delete it.

5. Who else may see it

Technical services that run the website and e-mail (hosting, mail service) — only to the extent needed to deliver your request.

6. Visit statistics

The site may use Yandex Metrica. It uses cookies and collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, referral source, device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent or ask us to delete it — write to avatar@cil.by. We will reply and act within 15 days.
